Retire the sales notebook
From “I think we sold about…” to the exact naira.
The notebook doesn't know what's left on the shelf, who still owes you, or whether today was a good day. Your shop should.
Today, Tuesday
Tile adhesive: 6 bags left, reorder at 5. Mama Tolu owes ₦3,000 on INV-0418.
A day in the shop
Everything it does, from opening to lock-up.
One shop, one ordinary Tuesday. Each moment is something the app already does.

Chidi opens up and logs in on his own phone.
He only sees what you've allowed: he can sell and give discounts, but not see cost prices or void a sale. Change that from your phone and it applies on his next tap.

Cement and adhesive out the door, stock down on its own.
Search or scan, tap Retail or Wholesale, take cash, transfer or card. The receipt prints or goes out as a PDF on WhatsApp. No network? It saves the sale and sends it when the connection is back.

Sell the service, not just the goods.
Tiling, installation, delivery or repairs go on the same receipt. The adhesive the job uses leaves stock by itself, and it counts in that sale's cost so your profit is real.

And the rest of it
Built for how Nigerian shops actually run.
Stock that counts itself
Every sale, service and adjustment moves stock, with a reason on record. Low-stock alerts before the shelf is empty.
More than one branch
Stock per shop, transfers between them, and each staff member tied to their own branch.
Keeps going offline
Sales made without network wait safely on the device and go through when it's back, never twice.
Invoices with your logo
Formal invoices for registered customers, till receipts for walk-ins, in your colour and layout.
Pick up later
Paid today, collected tomorrow. The goods are set aside so nobody sells them twice.
Every change on record
A full audit log of who sold, voided, edited or adjusted what, and when.
About us
Built because the notebook kept losing.
Walk into most shops in Lagos and you'll find the same system: a sales notebook, a calculator, and an owner who knows roughly how the week went. Stock is counted by eye. Debts live in someone's memory. Receipts are typed out on WhatsApp one by one. Profit is a feeling until the month ends, and sometimes not even then.
It isn't for lack of effort. Most small businesses in Nigeria simply don't have a tool that fits how they trade: cash, transfer and credit on the same day, staff on their own phones, the network dropping at the worst moment, and customers who'll pick their goods up tomorrow.
LofaBiz started at the counter of a building-materials shop in Lagos, one ordinary sale at a time: cement, adhesive, a tiling job, a customer who'd pay the rest next week. Every feature since has come from a real shop situation, and every figure is worked out on our servers, never guessed.
Every shop starts the morning with the same question: wetin we dey sell today? We want every shop owner to answer it, and to know by evening exactly how it went.

Before you start.
Is it only for the kinds of shops listed?
No. Gift shops, boutiques, salons that sell products, kiosks, wholesalers: if you sell goods or services and want to know your stock and profit, it fits.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or laptop. You can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app.
What happens when the network goes?
Keep selling. Sales are saved on the device and sent as soon as the connection is back, and each one is only ever recorded once.
Can my staff see my profit or cost prices?
Only if you allow it. Each person gets their own permissions, and you can change them from your phone at any time.
Can I sell services as well as goods?
Yes, on the Business plan. List your services with the materials each one uses, or add a one-off job at the till.
What if I have more than one shop?
The Business plan runs several branches with their own stock, transfers between them, and staff tied to their branch.
What happens after the free plan?
Nothing, unless you choose to upgrade. The Free plan has no time limit. Upgrading unlocks more staff, products and features.
